Business Support Administrator
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day coordination and management with internal and external stakeholders to support team’s operation
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of business or drone missions.
- Schedule, organize, and attend meetings as necessary, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to maintain project timelines.
- Manage and prepare necessary documents and paperwork prior to mission mobilization including permit to work, flight permit, business travel management, and other regulatory documentation.
- Provide support to team in related to administration works such as reimbursement, traveland accommodation arrangement, etc.
- Track and manage expenses incurred during the operation of each mission
- Support any operation team procurement related according to company procurement policy and procedure
- Prepare and submit invoice and associated documents to customer after the completion of each project
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team in various capacities.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrator or relevant role
- Passionate with technology with service-mind, attention to details, sense of urgency, problem solving skill and can-do mindset
- Knowledge or experience of drone will be considered as an advantage
- Good command of English in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Be able to work over hours (if required)
- Be able to travel upcountry to support field operations occasionally
